Caberg: three diamond highlights at EICMA 2015 [PHOTO]

caberg – On the occasion of EICMA 2015, Caberg presented the new features of the 2016 helmet collection, with the new Uptown jet and the two new full-face helmets Drift and Xtrace in the foreground, as well as the new colours.

The new Caberg Uptown helmet will be available at points of sale starting from April 2016 and is the new jet with classic and elegant lines dedicated to the touring world. Uptown is made with a double outer shell in polycarbonate, to allow a perfect proportion between the volume of the helmet and the size of the motorcyclist. The two front air vents as well as the two rear holes guarantee excellent ventilation even in the hottest months. Caberg's exclusive Double Visor Tech system allows you to always ride with the ideal light and therefore in complete safety thanks to an easily maneuverable internal sun visor. The transparent external visor, treated anti-scratch and prepared for the Pinlock anti-fog lens, thanks to its large dimensions guarantees excellent protection from the air even when traveling outside the city. The interiors, completely removable and washable, are designed with highly breathable fabrics. Uptown is offered in the single-colour matt black and white versions, in the Legend graphic version in different color combinations, in the Italia graphic version with the colors of the Italian flag, the Gear version on a matt black base with white graphics as well as the Lady version dedicated to women. The recommended retail price including VAT is 139,99 euros for the two single-color versions (matt black and white), while for all the graphic versions (Italia, Lady, Gear and Legend) it is 159,99 euros.

The new Caberg Drift will be available at points of sale starting from February 2016 and is the new full-face helmet made of Composite Fibers (Carbon, Kevlar and glass) designed for the most demanding Touring, equipped with an integrated sun visor (DVT Double Visor Tech) to allow the motorcyclist to always ride with maximum safety. Drift is also available in the Carbon version with a reduced weight of approximately 100 g. Ventilation is guaranteed by 3 large air vents, all easily adjustable even when wearing gloves. The lower ventilation, positioned on the chin, conveys the air to the internal surface of the visor avoiding the formation of condensation, the upper ventilation conveys the air inside the helmet thanks to the presence of numerous internal channels while the rear ventilation dissipates the hot, stale air. The interior is completely removable and washable including the padding of the strap, made with breathable and hypoallergenic fabrics to guarantee maximum freshness with reflective rear inserts. The new Drift is offered in the single color matt black and metallic white and in the Tour and Flux graphic versions, in different color combinations as well as the Shadow version with matt anthracite shell and red and black graphics. The recommended retail price including VAT is 279.99 euros for the two single-color versions (matt black and white), 299.99 euros for all the graphic versions and 359.99 for the version with a carbon shell.

The new Caberg. The XTrace can be used in the complete configuration therefore with peak and transparent visor or without peak, or even without visor. The new Xtrace is produced in two sizes of external shells made of polycarbonate to offer maximum comfort and small dimensions allowing a perfect proportion between the volume of the helmet and the size of the motorcyclist. Ventilation is guaranteed by 3 large air vents, all easily adjustable even when wearing gloves.
