Bridgestone launches the new Battlecross E50 on the market, motorcycle tires dedicated to off-road use, in particular for enduro competitions. The Battlecross E50s, which will be available in Italy from February, comply with FIM regulations, which regulate the tread depth to avoid excessive impact of the tire on the road surface and protect the environment.

The new tires have been designed to guarantee maximum grip on all road surfaces: from hard earth to mud. The high grip is due to Bridgestone's innovative technology: the Castle Block, which ensures optimal grip in all conditions. How it is made? A special edge, called a bunker and located at the base of the tread, allows the Battlecross E50 to exert strong traction even on soft surfaces and allows the tire to exert traction even when partially submerged. There are also secondary profiles on the base of the tread, which increase contact pressure on slippery road surfaces, improving grip.

For the development of the Battlecross E50, Bridgestone invested a lot in research, simulating the behavior of the tires to optimize the shape and position of the tread blocks, which obviously affects the final result.

The available sizes will be: Front 90/90-21 M/C 54P W, Rear 120/90-18 M/C 65P W and Rear 140/80-18 M/C 70P W
