Bike bonus, ANCMA: recommendations for the online procedure

Considering the procedure linked to good mobility or reimbursement for purchases of bicycles, e-bikes, scooters and mobility services, which can be made online from next November 3rd, ANCMA (National Association of Cycle and Motorcycle Accessories) introduces a series of recommendations relating to the procedure. A process in two phases: the first linked to the reimbursement of expenses incurred from 4 May to 3 November 2020 (60% up to a maximum of 500 euros); the second for those who have not yet made purchases, providing a digital shopping voucher that beneficiaries will be able to generate on the Ministry of the Environment's web application, as reported.

Indications

ANCMA reminds that adult citizens with residence (not domicile) in the regional capitals (even under 2020 inhabitants), in the provincial capitals (even under 50.000 inhabitants), in municipalities with population exceeding 50.000 inhabitants and in the municipalities of metropolitan cities (even under 50.000 inhabitants).
ANCMA is mainly interested in the aforementioned first phase, in particular as emerged in the note: "the date of entry of the request will be considered and not that of the purchase document: it is therefore necessary to prepare and approach the procedure with rigor and timeliness".
Three suggestions in particular are highlighted in this association handbook: “remember to activate a SPID (Public Digital Identity System) identity before November 3rd if you don't already have one; scan the purchase document in your name (invoice or receipt) and make it into a PDF document; have ready evidence of your bank details to receive the refund".
While for those who request the digital shopping voucher, to be used after November 3, the SPID identity will still be required, underlining that the duration of the voucher is 30 days (for expenses made by December 31, 2020), as indicated.
