BMW Motorrad XRide: a new protective and enveloping suit [PHOTO]

The new suit XRide di BMW Motorrad offers fit, comfort and protection, as well as a sporty look. A snug fit, as well as characterizing the men's jacket XRide Pro, developed in 1.500 specimens.

The characteristics of clothing

The calfskin inserts on the arms are distinctive aspects for this limited edition men's jacket. The leather is lined with elastic fabric, offering great flexibility, so the shoulder protectors in a mixed material of plastic and steel with the brand logo amplify the overall concept.
The leather is lined with elastic polyamide, as reported, functional to resist possible abrasions on the shoulders and arms according to theErgonomic Concept. Speaking of the shoulders, there are tight-fitting protectors NP3, instead they are NP2 for the elbows, hips and knees of the boss, then a back protection for the back NP-Pro. There are also calfskin inserts for further protection on areas at risk of falling and on the inside of the trousers. Reflective details appear on the upper arms, front, knees and lower leg.
There are also four front pockets, one of which is waterproof, then another at the back and two inside. The jacket includes spaces to store various items. In the front area there is an AirVent system with double zip and spacer fabric 3D behind, which are functional to allow air to circulate in different conditions. There is also another zipper at the bottom of the leg. Then there are the three trouser pockets, one of which is internal. The outserts for the jacket are also practical, with a weatherproof hood integrated into the collar and for the trousers with long side zips. The reported footprint is small, with a durable print in the outermost areas.
The suit XRide for men it is offered in sizes from 46 to 66, from 98 to 118 and from 24 to 32; while for women in sizes from 34 to 48. The jacket XRide Pro for men in sizes 46 to 60, as indicated.
The various details are designed also considering the movements in the saddle, movements that include arms, shoulders and legs, evaluating grip and protections, together with a buckle technology developed for this garment. The elements that need greater protection are covered with an elastic fabric tape, accentuating their flexibility and improving the adhesion of the protective components. The ergonomic and elasticated accordion folds, suitably located, are designed keeping in mind overall safety and dynamism.
