Compact, transportable and designed for quick trips around the city, the scooter X2City signed BMW Motorrad it is a functional and alternative proposal in the panorama of urban mobility.

Small dimensions and also an electric boost

For the type of vehicle, a helmet is not mandatory but is advisable, especially taking into account the electric thrust. Based on requests, each top-up allows distances ranging between 25 and 35 km, following the indications indicated. An appropriate autonomy, if we consider the urban context. It also has a micro-USB port integrated to power, for example, a mobile device during journeys.
The electric motor is powered by a lithium ion battery, integrated into the frame, designed to withstand even wet conditions 408 Wh. The electric motor only operates after reaching i 6 km/h, as reported.
This scooter is the result of a collaboration between BMW Motorrad e ZEG as well as other brands such as Kettler, Bulls, Pegasus, Hercules. The total weight amounts to 20 kilos, so it can be folded to avoid taking up too much space, for example if you travel on public transport or want to store it in a trunk. The setup favors an upright riding position, the handlebar gearmotor supports maneuvering and the vehicle has pneumatic wheels. There are five speed levels that can be selected and visible on the control panel attached to the handlebars, specifically: 8, 12, 16, 20 e 25 km/h. Disc brakes and headlights are also reported, including a stop indicator.
