The nations in which greater attractiveness was found were Italy, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Spain and Germany. Optional English subtitles available. Just as important were the percentages of the age groups of the audience: “almost 70% of the public belong to an age group between 25 and 54 years. In more detail: 45-54 years (26%), 35-44 years (23%), 25-34 years (19%), 55-64 years (15%), 18-24 years (9%), over 65 years (7%), 13-17 years (1%)”, taking up the information again.
Given the numerous requests from schools and training institutes, the feature film was made available for almost 72 hours, compared to the expected 24 hours, encouraging a greater number of contacts from interested students and the reactions were equally notable.
As gratifying as the feedback from Ushuaia Film, echoing the director's opinion Niccolo Pagani which underlined the positive reception given to the documentary film, given the numbers achieved in the period indicated. But we go even further, thinking about film festivals, looking for a distributor who will bring the work into theaters and also onto TV, as suggested by many spectators. There is no shortage of other projects in the evaluation phase, perhaps to be carried out again on the bike and “why not again in collaboration with BMW” the director added, hoping for a rapid conclusion to the ongoing health emergency.
Equal satisfaction expressed by Salvatore Nicola Nanni, General Manager of BMW Motorrad Italy, with the hope that this work will raise awareness on the topic of autism. The same BMW Italy is committed to an integrated program of Corporate Social Responsibility named Especially, which is interested in social inclusion, safety and culture. Also highlighted were the numerous compliments from various BMW Motorrad enthusiasts, savoring certain emotions and cultivating the desire to return to the road as soon as possible, riding their motorbikes.
The documentary film is based on the book of the same name by Fulvio Ervas and inspired by the story of Franco Antonello and his autistic son Andrea. In this specific case, the evocative journey undertaken by the two across Europe, up to Morocco, is recounted.
