BMW Motorrad: among the next innovations there could be a new R 1300 GS

There is talk online about possible new signings BMW Motorrad, in particular both a new one could be introduced BMW M 1000 R, a spirited naked that would expand the M proposal; both powerful and versatile BMW R 1300 GS further on.

Two rumors of interesting news

Starting from BMW M 1000 R, one of the new features talked about online, could be the second two-wheeled M model after the faired one BMW M1000RR. It would rest on the S 1000 R with targeted updates regarding the technical part, such as a longer wheelbase than that of the S 1000 R and a toothier crown.
The power would also be higher than the already known naked, the tuning of the 999 cc engine could be similar to that of the faired one S 1000 RR with a variable valve timing system and a peak power that would reach that of the new S 1000 RR, just as the torque would be equally robust. Could this innovation debut soon, even before 2023? At the moment rumors remain.

Moving on to the maxi enduro model, according to what was reported by the German media and also by other newspapers on the web, a new one BMW R 1300 GS it could be introduced in view of 2023, or the appointment with the model could be moved even later, in view of 2024. It would be animated by a heart that would already be aligned with the Euro 5+ regulation, active in 2024.
The heart, always boxer, would be entirely redefined with a more generous displacement of 1.300 cc or even higher. The lubrication could be semi-dry sump, just as the entire cooling system could be redefined, also considering an estimated power of 150 horsepower. Even in this case these are rumors.
