BMW Motorrad: among the new products launched in 2022 are the BMW CE 04 scooter and the BMW K 1600 models

Il 2022 it is the year in which the launch of new models from the BMW Motorrad overview such as the electric scooter is expected BMW EC 04 and BMW K 1600 models.

BMW EC 04

An electric scooter with a futuristic, minimalist and distinctive design, characterized by sculpted features and all-round LED headlights. Also highlighted is a large TFT color display 10,25 inches.
Reported three driving modes, being able to choose between "ECO", “Rain” e “Road”, with an optional “Dynamic” to intensify the driving sensations. It is equipped with a liquid-cooled permanent magnet electric motor, located in the frame between the battery and the rear wheel.

The nominal power is: 15 kW (20 horsepower) and the maximum reaches i 31 kW (42 horsepower). For the low power class L3e-A1 a power of 11 kW (15 horsepower) or 23 kW (31 horses).
The lithium ion battery is from 60,6 Ah (8,9 kWh) and, according to information, the autonomy is approximately 130 kilometers. In the case of a reduced power version the figure is 100 km.

The new BMW K 1600 examples

The new models were also presented BMW K 1600 GT, BMW K 1600 GTL, BMW K 1600 B e BMW K 1600 Grand America. Different expressions of dynamism characterized by high-level content and a performing heart. BMW K 1600 GT represents a version that externalizes agility, then the K 1600 GTL variant is characterized by more accentuated ergonomics and features a top case.

Along with these examples there is also the BMW K 1600 B which is a further expressive level with the arrival at "streamlining", seeing the low rear section in a bagger style. An expressive concept that is always elegant and refined with a strong character and on this basis the new BMW K 1600 Grand America also stands out, which represents a new symbiosis between exclusive equipment designed to support long journeys and the power expressed by a six-cylinder heart on line.

Each model of the BMW K 1600 GT, K 1600 GTL, K 1600 B and K 1600 Grand America can be covered with three color variants, a basic one, another style one and an Option 719. For example the expressive Option 719 “ Midnight” associated only with the K 1600 B and K 1600 Grand America models. The metallic Meteoric Dust II paintwork with a “Galaxy” theme characterized by an immersion print is highlighted.
As mentioned, the engine is a six-cylinder in-line engine. The power reaches i 160 horses (118 kW) at a rotation speed of 6.750 rpm, 1.000 rpm less than the previous figure. We then note a pair of 180 Nm at 5.250 rpm.
