The future edition of BMW Motorrad International GS Trophy in 2024 will be played in Namibia. After the events held in various locations on different continents, the event returns to an African country.

There will still be some time before the official start of the 2024 BMW Motorrad International GS Trophy and, until then, the national qualifying rounds will provide a taste of the challenge ahead in Namibia. There will be 15 national qualifying events and one global international qualifying round, giving specialists the opportunity to demonstrate their qualities.

To get a place in one of the 22 national teams that will participate in the event, interested parties will have to complete GPS navigation exercises, off-road racing and technical tests. The nationally featured women's teams will earn a trip to the women's international qualifying round, with a total of six women's teams selected on the plane to Namibia, in addition to the 16 men's teams.
Those who do not see their country of origin in the list of scheduled national or regional qualifying rounds, on the occasion of BMW Motorrad Days which will be in Berlin from 7 to 9 July 2023, between 6 and 8 July 2023 the opportunity for an international qualification for enduro riders interested in taking part in the event in the so-called International Team is expected for the first time, according to the instructions.
