BMW – Among the most important motoring events of this season was the 18th edition of the BMW Motorrad Days, which took place from 6 to 8 July at the foot of the Zugspitze and was attended by 35.000 visitors from all over the world and brought together in the world's largest meeting of fans and riders of the BMW Motorrad brand.

BMW Motorrad Days: International guests from over 30 countries

The event brought together enthusiasts from all over the world for a total of 30 different countries. Many visitors came to Garmisch from France, Italy and Spain, but many BMW Motorrad riders also came from as far away as Brazil, Canada, South Africa, Japan, Russia, the USA, China, Korea, Thailand, Latin America and India. As usual, a large number of guests of honor responded to the invitation of the BMW Motorrad Days in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, including the actor and documentary maker Hannes Jaenicke, the singer Wincent Weiss and the photographer and adventurer Michael Martin. Around 80 exhibitors from the Personalisation, Tuning and Accessories areas presented their new products and the rich program certainly made the visit to the BMW Motorrad Days worth mentioning. Fans took advantage of the opportunity at the trade fair to meet BMW Motorrad product specialists in person, to talk business and to learn about the current BMW Motorrad model range.

BMW Motorrad Days: between stunts and fun for the family

The BMW weekend was characterized by many events: from the BMW Drift Show with Ritzmann Motorsport, to the freestyle artists Mattie Griffin and Dirk Manderbach up to the wall-of-death show. Not to mention the experience of 750 participants who enjoyed off-road driving in the Enduro Park and over 170 little guests who participated in the Kids Trial Taster Training with electric bicycles. More than 100 unlicensed motorcycling enthusiasts took advantage of the opportunity to learn about this exciting hobby by taking driving lessons under the supervision of a professional. In addition to numerous guided tours through the impressive mountain scenery, the event also featured a motorcycle parade consisting of approximately 200 motorcycles and a classic parade featuring 30 vintage motorcycles. Furthermore, visitors had the chance to win two brand new BMW motorcycles at the event: a BMW F 850 ​​GS and a BMW R nineT Racer with special equipment.
