BMW CE 04: a model decorated by the artist FLYCAT presented [PHOTO]

Art and sustainability

Introduced a unique model of BMW EC 04 covered by the artist FLYCAT as part of a project in which art and sustainability intersect. The Milanese street artist used the surfaces of the electric scooter by BMW Motorrad like a cloth to narrate, through his graffiti, the stories present in the streets of the city.

A new artistic work

The specimen was presented on 14th November in the center of Milano, To House of BMW in via Verri 10. BMW EC 04 it is an electric scooter that is already projecting towards the future of urban commuting today. FLYCAT is the pseudonym of the Italian writer and artist Luca Massironi, a well-known and historic representative of the first generation of Writing and Hip Hop Culture in Italy.

FLYCAT's art is an interpretation of lettering, a reminder of the characters of alphabets from all over the world, even ancient ones.
The customization of the electric two-wheeled example is developed according to the precepts of the FVTVRI$MO CÆLE$TE, artistic style outlined by FLYCAT. A type of language which, in addition to depicting an evolution of contemporary spray art, is embellished with references to ancestral writing such as cuneiform and the proto-Canaanite alphabet to connect to a system of urban meta-writing, as reported.
