BMW C 650 Sport and C 650 GT – By presenting the new BMW C 650 Sport and C 650 GT, BMW Motorrad is continuing the premium vehicle series in the maxi scooter segment. The two new models combine practicality and low running costs with the highest level of driving fun and touring comfort.

The new BMW C 650 Sport is dedicated to drivers with a sportier nature, while the C 650 GT was developed for customers who pay particular attention to comfort and orientation towards touring. Even in the new BMW C 650 Sport and BMW C 650 GT maxi-scooters, the in-line twin-cylinder engine with a displacement of 647 cm³ ensures dynamic thrust. The nominal power of both models is 44 kW (60 HP) at 7 rpm, but a power variant of 500 kW (35 HP) is also available, recallable at 48 rpm. For use in the new C 7.000 Sport and C 650 GT, the engine mapping has been defined from scratch in relation to the Euro 650 emission class standards.

The new BMW C 650 Sport and C 650 GT always focus on a hybrid architecture with high torsional resistance, consisting of a double-spar frame and a forged aluminum unit in the area of ​​the swing arm supportAnd. By maintaining the travel of 115 millimeters, it was possible to achieve a more comfortable suspension setting. The C 650 Sport and C 650 GT thus offer an ideal compromise of sportiness and comfort and the standard ABS and ASC offer maximum safety in braking and acceleration. And then, the new Side View Assist, optional for the C 650 GT, makes this maxi-scooter even more devoted to "360° Safety, supporting, for example, the driver in changing lanes, thanks to the monitoring of the blind spot, especially when driving in the urban environment. A further increase in safety is offered by the Automatic Stability Control (ASC), fitted as standard.

The BMW C 650 Sport and C 650 GT are offered in three different color variants. In the C 650 Sport the matt metallic Valencia Orange color underlines the sporting spirit and creates, together with the contrasting surfaces, a combination that conveys the sensation of dynamism. Lightwhite pastel gives the new C 650 Sport a technical, compact and lightweight look. The blackstorm metallic paintwork of the C 650 Sport is aimed above all at customers who love a classic style. In the C 650 GT the color blackstorm metallic accentuates the elegant character of the vehicle, while frozenbronze metallic in combination with the contrasting colors forms a particularly harmonious color composition that highlights the design language of the C 650 GT. Pastel lightwhite accentuates the more dynamic side of the C 650 GT. This shade makes it appear particularly light and agile.
