Compared to previous models, the new Evo Factory is presented on the market with an engine with racing characteristics which, combined with first-rate chassis, is able to combine performance and driving pleasure. In the new engines wanted by Beta, they have black magnesium crankcases, which guarantee a significant reduction in weight, making driving even more agile and pleasant and have a decidedly attractive design; titanium manifold, which allows a notable increase in performance and a lower weight; edged clutch discs that maintain the precision and tractability of the clutch even in extremely difficult conditions; cylinder with optimized diagrams to enhance the racing character of the engine without affecting its usability; ECU mappings optimized to increase tractability at low rpm, maintaining excellent performance at medium-high rpm and black anodized engine oil caps. But that is not all. The 300 cc version is equipped with a lighter and more high-performance titanium silencer and a new electronic control unit which guarantees greater electrical power in order to improve spark stability and, consequently, combustion at all rotation speeds. Great attention was also paid to the chassis to make the new Evo Factory a true race-ready bike that can compete at the highest levels in all competitive teams. For this reason, the fork has a new hydraulic calibration to guarantee the ideal setting even in the most complex racing situations, the steering plates are machined from solid gold anodized to guarantee greater lightness and rigidity and the rear suspension with a greater wheelbase and adjustment in both rebound and rebound damping. than in compression. The Evo Factory MY 2019 is fitted as standard with racing brake discs which guarantee more powerful braking, a weight saving and give a more aggressive aesthetic look, BrakTec brake and clutch master cylinders for better braking modularity, rear brake caliper with pad anti-vibration system and Michelin X-light tires to guarantee maximum performance in every driving situation.
