Beta EVO Factory my 2016 – In the season just ended, the Beta Factory Team won the 125 class Trial World Championship and the Trial World Cup. Starting from this bike, the R&D department of the Tuscan brand further developed the project until arriving at the new EVO Factory my 2016. The new top of the range Trial will be produced in the versions: 125 – 250 – 300 2T, and for the first time also 300 4T.

The Beta EVO Factory my 2016 includes further developments particularly regarding weight reduction. A lighter vehicle increases performance and translates into greater handling which facilitates aerial movements, in particular those of the rear wheel. Among the most significant innovations of the 2T versions, there is the revisiting, for the 300 version only, of the control unit mapping, which acquires more linearity of delivery and harmonizes the benefits brought by all the other updated mechanical components. The titanium exhaust manifold significantly reduces weight and increases engine performance over the entire range of use, while the magnesium engine crankcase guarantees significant weight savings. Furthermore, the silicone pipes of the cooling system, with a new compound, improve heat exchange. In terms of cycling, lThe new Beta EVO Factory my 2016 features the mono shock absorber, with white spring, which has the same benefits as the one present on the standard Evo 2016 with coaxial gas tank. Thus the greater hydraulic progressiveness ensures excellent impact absorption, guaranteeing maximum traction and effectiveness. The white forks are equipped with Factory caps with manual external knob for rebound adjustment. This measure guarantees great ease of intervention to keep the front responses always under control. The smoothness and progression characteristics give maximum comfort and remain points of reference on the market, while the red ergal fork trapezoid machined from solid wood brings important added value in terms of torsional stiffening of the front end and weight saving.

Extreme care was also taken in the aesthetic creation. The new Beta EVO Factory my 2016 has, in fact, been enriched with new graphics and red details, such as the head cover and the silicone tubes. There are also numerous anodized racing details: wheel rims, fork plates and oil filler cap. In true Factory style, the magnesium engine crankcases remain black.
