Benelli Week 2022: a new appointment from 12 to 18 September

La Benelli Week is scheduled in the 2022 in Pesaro by 12 18 to September. Organized by Benelli Historical Register e Motoclub Pesaro Tonino Benelli, With the collaboration of Benelli QJ, the legendary Finnish driver Jarno Saarinen is remembered on this occasion.

The event

Fed the program of the event which includes several moments, starting from the Giro dei due Passi scheduled for Monday 12 September after the meeting in the morning at the Benelli Museum. A route of approximately 220 km between Marche and Umbria, up to the MBA museum in Sant'Angelo in Vado for a visit, then returning to Pesaro in the afternoon. While on Tuesday 13 September the group headed to Sirolo, an ancient village in the Conero Park, to then reach the seafront of Marina di Montemarciano during the lunch break and then reach Pesaro again in the afternoon. In total another 180 km of travel.
We also leave and return to Pesaro on Wednesday 14 September, when we tackle the "classic" of the Benelli Week towards Monte Nerone, at 1.525 meters above sea level.
And Pesaro remains the starting and arrival point also in the following days until Sunday 18 September, with different landing places along the itineraries such as Senigallia on 15 September, the Hermitage of Carpegna on Friday 16 September, Urbino on that on Saturday 17 September and Cartoceto in the final on Sunday 18 September.
In 2022, as mentioned, we remember the 50th anniversary of Jarno Saarinen's extraordinary achievements at the “2nd Gran Premio Pesaro Mobili” on the city track of Villa Fastiggi. The August 20th, 1972, in front of over 40.000 people, the Finn won riding a Benelli in the 350 and 500 classes. A day recalled on the occasion during the Benelli Week, including motorbike tours in the surrounding area and visits to some interesting tourist places.
