Organized by Benelli Historical Register, Benelli Motoclub e Benelli QJ, on the occasion the fiftieth anniversary of the Australian's world championship triumph was remembered Kel Carruthers, present in this edition and dating back to 1969.
The program is extensive, starting from a route of around 190 km, ranging from the Benelli Officine Museum to the Cantinone Caves. A stop also in Romagna towards Montegridolfo, Rimini as well as the beauties of the National Motorcycle Museum.
Subsequently the territory was explored further, towards new stages such as Monte Nerone on the Pesaro hills, then Urbino and then reaching the Furlo gorge, Pesaro itself also remembering the musician Gioachino Rossini, continuing along the panoramas of the Apennines, to discover spaces varied and therefore the Sunday "Benelli Day", to give shape to a particular "ride" on a motorbike.
Together with the success of Kel Carruthers, the thirty years of the Benelli Historical Register and the English rider are also remembered Ted Mellors, who won the Tourist Throphy in 1939 on a twin-cam 250, as reported.
