Through a message on the Facebook page, a new record in registrations was reported Benelli TRK502, reaching market share in the Italian market 5.000 in just over seven months.

Model and variants

A June a record had already been reported: 3.649 registrations of Benelli TRK 502 in the space of six months, exceeding the registrations of the whole of 2020.
The twin-cylinder designed for travelers and explorers is advanced and compliant with regulations Euro 5. Together with the renewed Benelli TRK502 there is also the TRK 502 X, powered by the two-cylinder in-line engine shared with the road version.
The aesthetic is sculpted with backlit controls, hand guards, plus adjustable handlebars and clutch lever. From a technical point of view, the Benelli TRK 502 is equipped with a trellis frame and the suspension part is composed of an up-side-down fork with a diameter of 50 mm and 140 mm travel, while behind an adjustable monoshock with 45 mm travel .
The modular braking system consists of a double 320 mm semi-floating front disc associated with a four-piston caliper and a single 260 mm disc and single-piston caliper behind it. The road model is equipped with wheels 17 inches.
La Benelli TRK502X it is a more crossover version, with an upside-down front fork with 50 mm stanchions and an oscillating swingarm at the rear with a central monoshock with hydraulically adjustable rebound, compression and spring preload.
It features a large fairing, aluminum pawls located in the saddle area, an aluminum luggage rack and central stand. The tank can hold 20 liters of fuel. Furthermore, the presence of an exhaust terminal in a raised position is highlighted, considering the possible use on demanding sections and a 19-inch spoked front wheel, while the rear one is 17 inches.
The two-cylinder in-line engine with liquid cooling and double overhead camshaft distribution complies with the Euro 5 regulation, as mentioned. Transmitted a power of 47,6 horses (35 kW) at 8.500 rpm with a torque peak of 46 Nm at 6.000 rpm.
