Benelli, bankruptcy revoked

Benelli – The historic Pesaro motorcycle manufacturer Benelli QJ, acquired in 2005 by the Chinese multinational Qianjiang Group, is free to operate regularly again. With a published sentence the Court of Appeal of Ancona has in fact revoked the bankruptcy declared on 19 July.

The judges accepted the complaint proposed for the company by the defense team made up of lawyers Mauro Ministerni of the Court of Ancona and Rosalia Cipolletta Fabbri of Pesaro: it has been established that there is no state of insolvency and therefore the fundamental condition for declaring a company's bankruptcy is missing. The creditor, who boasted 130 thousand euros for a supply from nine years ago, had already been paid: it was the multinational motorcycle suspension company WP Suspension.

Now the clock for the company turns back to July and it is as if the bankruptcy had never happened.
