Benelli 500 roars again with the new Mivv exhausts
Three new terminals that change the aesthetics, but also improve performance
Mivv offers three new exhaust pipes for the Benelli Leoncino 500, all systems are euro 4 and change the performance and the 'roar' of the bike.
La Little lion 500 It came out on the market in 2017, immediately finding moderate success among the public. The name recalls the historical model from the golden age of 1956 which brought prestige to the company. It is equipped with a 500 cc liquid-cooled, four-stroke, twin-cylinder engine. The distribution is double overhead camshaft, 4 valves per cylinder and a 37 mm throttle body. Maximum power is 48 horsepower at 8.500 rpm and torque is 45 Nm at 5000 rpm. The three versions are: Oval, in carbon or titanium, Sound, in stainless steel or Steel Black version, e Double Gun, titanium.
Going into detail, Suono offers over an extra HP at 8200 rpm, while Oval gives its maximum at 4.600 rpm. If what you need is more torque, however, Double Gun adds 1 Nm at 8.100 rpm. The original exhaust weighs 6 kg, while the three proposals start from kg and a half up to 500 g for the Double Gun. It is also possible to improve performance by installing the No-Kat kit which eliminates the catalyst, but which makes the exhaust not approved for the road. Prices: Oval 496 euros, Suono, 558 euros in Inox, 620 euros Steel Black, Double Gun 397 euros. The No-Kat Kit costs 120 euros.
