BIG (Built in Garage) 2016 – Ciapa la Moto Milano

After the success of the 2014 and 2015 editions, the BIG is back. It is a contest dedicated to special motorbikes, an event where the protagonists are those who spend time in the garage to make their motorbike unique and personal.
Third edition which will therefore once again see the Cafè Racer, the Special as protagonists, in short those motorbikes that have lost their original aesthetics to be reborn in a new guise that follows the nature and imagination of the owner.

Organized as always by Ciapa the Motorcycle with the prestigious partnership of some sponsors such as Metzeler, Shark, Alzela and Mjus-RBL.

This Contest, a reunion of modified, customized and transformed motorcycles will be held as usual in the spaces of Motosplash (in via Gardone 22 in Milan), which host the Ciapa la Moto association, Tuesday 7 June 2016 from 19,30 pm.

Anyone who has created a personal, unique and somehow special motorbike can register and participate. Just send an email by May 25, 2016, with name and surname, telephone number, indication of the original motorcycle, year of registration, side photo on a neutral background and a brief description of the work carried out. It is then necessary to give availability to be present with the vehicle on the evening of the Contest, by 19,00 pm.

All participants must, if they are not already, join the “Ciapa la Moto” association (€7,00 annual cost).

From all the applications, 33 motorcycles will be selected which will be submitted to a jury, made up of journalists from the most renowned magazines in the sector, who will identify the winners.

Motorcycles not selected will still be able to take part in the evening, together with those who will possibly present themselves at the event, to win the "Out of Competition" prizes.

Prizes will be up for grabs for the top three, offered by the main sponsor of the evening (Metzeler, Shark Helmets, Alzela and Mjus-RBL).

In addition to the participants, the evening is dedicated to the public who want to attend, the bar is available for all, with the possibility of having dinner.

The scheduled date, we remind you, is Tuesday 7 June 2016 from 19,30 pm, barring bad weather (in this case everything postponed for a week, to the following Tuesday, 14 June 2016).
