Askoll – Askoll is a sponsor of Aruba.it Racing – Junior Team. For the entire 2016 season, Askoll electric vehicles will accompany the team's riders competing in the Superstock 1000 FIM Cup as they move around the paddock.

A fleet made up of two pedal-assisted bicycles and two electric scooters, personalized with the team logo, will be used by riders, technicians and staff during the race weekends to move around their spaces. “It was a real surprise to get on the Askoll vehicles and discover that even driving an electric "fifty" is a lot of fun: the acceleration is smooth, the movements are snappy and it has perfect maneuverability for moving in small spaces, even crowded ones. The Askoll electric scooter is characterized by essential design and ergonomic lines. Three different travel modes guarantee optimal comfort: Eco, Normal and Power. The scooter is equipped with a highly energy efficient Askoll brushless electric motor and is powered by two removable lithium ion battery packs with a total capacity of 2,1 kWh, rechargeable via a domestic socket. It is able to reduce indirect CO2 emissions by up to 90% compared to a common endothermic engine. Thanks to its four different pedaling assistance modes and automatic gearbox, the Askoll pedal-assisted bicycle allows you to move in complete comfort and in a sustainable manner by easily tackling slopes and long stretches without any difficulty. The electric motor, mounted on the front hub, is powered by a lithium ion battery placed at the front, easily removable and rechargeable via a domestic electrical socket.
