The quality characteristics

The outer shell is developed using technology Peripherally Belted Complex Laminate Construction2 (PB-cLc2).
The shape of the shell is rounded, the structure is consistent and smooth, allowing it to slide over any obstacles, deflecting and distributing the forces of a possible impact.
The patented Peripheral Belt is developed in Super Fibre, refining the resistance and rigidity of the shell and maintaining lightness together with a low center of gravity for comfort. A solution that allowed the use of an in EPS thinner to improve the upper field of vision, as reported. The introduction of a layer of Organic Felt between the various laminate sheets strengthens the rigidity of the shell without adding to its weight.
Therefore, together with a rigid and resistant external shell to distribute the energy over a large surface, there is also an internal EPS shell which allows the impact energy to be absorbed like the impact absorption zones provided for cars. Therefore, considering the consistent resistance of the external shell, a system of ventilation channels that are always functional for comfort also appears inside the EPS. The internal areas feature a more welcoming covering material. We note an antimicrobial material that contributes to maintaining a balanced pH on the skin with deodorant properties. The pillows can be removed to wash them or allow customizations with pillows of different thicknesses.
Among the highlighted aspects are also the eco-leather finishes with visible stitching and the embroidered interior, respecting Arai's internal standards in addition to the mandatory ECE 22-05 approval, as indicated.
