This is the new twin-cylinder sports car, with which the Italian brand is aimed at completely new targets and markets, to intercept, all over the world, the growing demand for easy but fun and technologically cutting-edge motorcycles. Thus speaking the language especially of the younger ones.

The quality characteristics

The new model takes it up super sports car style of the brand, with the double front fairing, passing through the silencer under the belly, integrated with the line of the tip, with 2 into 1 exhaust. The full LED headlight integrates the typical Aprilia light signature, while the front direction indicators are integrated into the light signature of the front headlight.

The instrumentation uses the 5" color TFT screen, while the handlebar controls are backlit. The rims are sporty and 17-inch, with 110/70 tires at the front and 150/60 at the rear. While the electronic station offers the Ride by Ore system, with which the engine is managed thanks also to three riding modes which intervene on the delivery of power and torque and on the traction control which is adjustable on three levels and can also be excluded.

The engine

The Aprilia RS 457 is powered by a twin-cylinder engine with a power of 35 kW, the maximum for a motorbike that can also be driven with an A2 licence. The engine is combined with an aluminum frame, with a fork with 41mm legs and 120mm travel with adjustable preload. The braking system includes a 320 mm front disc with a radially mounted 4-piston caliper from ByBre.
