Aprilia Racing and Experis Tech, a Manpower group company, have signed a collaboration for Motorcycle Race Engineering, the first advanced training Master's for motorcycles dedicated to young engineering talents and aspiring track technicians. THEFurthermore, Experis will be a partner of Aprilia Racing, and the brand will accompany the Aprilia RS-GPs of Aleix Espargaró and Sam Lowes for the 2017 MotoGP season.

The teaching of the course, we read in a note, for a total of approximately 200 hours in the classroom, will see the active participation of some Aprilia Racing technicians and will be integrated by two different workshops, one at the Aprilia Racing headquarters in Noale and one, aimed at learning working techniques on the track, during a MotoGP test session during which the students will work in the Aprilia Racing garage.

All the contents of the Master were defined in collaboration between the Aprilia Racing engineers and the Experis Tech teachers, and at the end of the course the students will have the opportunity to be selected by Aprilia Racing to join the MotoGP team. "We are proud to start this new collaboration with ManpowerGroup and to give a great opportunity to the most talented young people“, commented the head of Aprilia Racing, Romano Albesiano. “Aprilia Racing will actively participate in the first advanced motorcycle training master's degree, a very interesting initiative to train a new generation of technicians and engineers. Aprilia Racing has always represented a hotbed of talent, and not only as regards the riders, Noale has always been a great 'gym' in which the best technicians were trained. This partnership confirms and strengthens this attitude of ours, aimed at enhancing human resources to achieve the highest levels of competitiveness in a sector that requires an increasingly higher level of knowledge and degree of specialization".
