The design remains bold, sculpted, aerodynamic and is linked to technological contents similar to those of the RSV4.

Aprilia Tuono V4 is available in different colours Tarmac Grey which involves a combination of gray and black, as well as Glacier white where opaque white prevails. Colors that underline the elegance of this version equipped with greater road attitude typical of a sports tourer, developed in parallel with the spirited Thunder V4 Factory. The Aprilia Tuono V4 Factory is characterized by a large and interesting set-up which includes an Öhlins Smart EC 2.0 semi-active suspension system, compared to the aforementioned trio of multi-adjustable Sachs mechanical suspensions of the Tuono V4. The livery Aprilia Black, in glossy black with red accents, highlights the aluminum frame. There is a new saddle at a more welcoming and extended height of 825 mm, the tank can hold 18,5 liters and the motorbike is equipped with Pirelli Diablo Supercorsa tyres, the rear one with an increased section of 200/55 approved and also available for l 'exemplary Tuono V4 mounted on 17-inch wheels.

The engine is always V4 1.077 cc. An evolved heart keeping in mind the Euro 5 anti-pollution regulation and with a distribution system characterized by spring cups combined with lighter valves and a maximum rotation speed of 300 rpm higher, going from the 12.500 rpm of the previous unit to the current ones 12.800 rpm, as indicated above. Also highlighted is the introduction of a new Magneti Marelli ECU 11MP control unit which allows the connection of a greater number of elements with the management of more complex algorithms, in light of a greater number of pins and a four times faster calculation capacity. The power reaches altitude 175 horses at 11.350 rpm and the torque peak is 121 Nm at 9.000 rpm.
