AON and Pirelli together for sustainable urban mobility

Announced on the occasion of “Zero Emissions Day” an agreement between One, a company that deals with professional services worldwide and Pirelli, the well-known group involved in the development of consumer tires and associated services. A pact that concerns environmental sustainability with Aon's adoption of the electric micro-mobility project “Pirelli CYCL-e around”.

The news

There are four rental methods proposed under the agreement between One e Pirelli. In particular: “Working Time” which allows you to use the e-bike during the working day for work trips in the city; “Home2Work” referring to daily home-office transits; “Smart Week” which concerns the use of vehicles seven days in a row; “Weekend Break” to have Pirelli e-bikes at the weekend, without mileage limits according to the information.

Aon employees will be able to book e-bikes via a dedicated reservation system App and the vehicles will be available in a dedicated and equipped area for the protection and maintenance of bicycles at the Aon headquarters in Milan.

The initiative links two global realities sensitive to ESG topics (Enviromental, Social and Governance) through a corporate "e-bike sharing" service proposed by Pirelli, with pedal-assisted bicycles made available to Aon employees in Italy. A project in line with the culture of social and environmental responsibility of the Aon Group in Italy, introduced by the Milan headquarters, a structure that reflects the sustainable use of resources and which has also obtained the Platinum LEED certification, as mentioned.
