Information

A first stock of 60 bicycles will be supplied by the end of 2021. Fabio Giatti, CEO of FIVE group, underlined the satisfaction with this creation developed in collaboration with the Carabinieri. The creation of something new, the result of typically Italian knowledge and craftsmanship, is one of the most relevant aspects of the reality associated with Confindustria ANCMA, which in 2013 undertook a reverse delocalisation path, moving the development of e-bikes from China to Italy and giving shape to a factory based on the ZEB (Zero Energy Building) model, combining energy efficiency, production and environmental sustainability. Just like the Bologna plant is completely autonomous from an energy point of view with the use of a double photovoltaic system, as indicated.
The vehicle is equipped with a fuel system 630 watt-hour lithium ion, entirely Made in Italy, to support the electric motor. Among the highlighted aspects, the bicycle is characterized by a aluminum frame, a 75-millimeter suspension front fork, hydraulic disc brakes, a second-generation mid-engine FIVE F90 associated with a Multifunction LCD display backlit from 3,5 inches present on the handlebars, 10-speed gearbox and wide tread tyres. A vehicle designed to tackle different types of road surfaces, with five levels of pedaling assistance and a battery capable of ensuring long journeys, used in the operations of the Carabinieri Forestry Protection Command, as reported.
