Alpinestars: the 2019 catalog expands

Alpinestars presents several new features for 2019, starting with the suit Racing Absolute Leather Suit, the airbag vest Tech Air Street, gloves GP Pro R3, and the boots SMX Plus v2 Boot.

Let's start with the suit Racing Absolute Leather Suit. Born thanks to the notions learned in the MotoGP World Championship and the input of the athletes Alpinestars an example of all this is the innovative aramid mixed leather in the areas most prone to abrasion; shoulders, knees, elbows, forearms, saddle area and sides of the back are equipped with this additional layer of protection combined with double layer leather. Aramid reinforcement has demonstrated a significant increase in protection from abrasion and tears. With a racing fit thanks to body mapping, the Racing Absolute is made of 1,1mm kangaroo leather to offer very high abrasion resistance, lightness, flexibility and breathability. The suit matches the airbag vest Tech Air Street, which can also be worn alone as it is self-constituting. When fully inflated, the airbag provides critical protection for the back, kidneys, shoulders and chest. And thanks to a simple firmware upgrade, the Race system can be configured to use the settings Tech Air Street for off-piste and off-road use. The suit is sold for 2,799.95 Euros, while the airbag costs 1,199.95 Euros.
