Driving BMW models at the World of BMW Tour 2014

An 8-stage tour made up of tests with the 2014 new products and Live events

There are 8 stages of World of BMW Tour that will start on April 5th in Lucca. The traveling event includes 8 stages which will cover the main Italian cities and the possibility of trying out the entire BMW Motorrad range on a route mixed urban and extra-urban, specifically designed to enhance its dynamic qualities and driving qualities.

The BMW Motorrad range will be available with latest news highlighted, such as the maxi naked S 1000 R, the new editions of the R 1200 RT and the R 1200 GS Adventure, the C evolution electric scooter and the roadster that celebrates the 90th anniversary of BMW Motorrad, the R nineT.

Before the test, a short meeting will be held in the BMW Motorrad Italia hospitality during which the instructors will explain the characteristics of the vehicles, the importance of adequate equipment and will carry out a technical briefing. Those registered will have 30 minutes to test the chosen vehicle on the route identified in each location. Furthermore, to guarantee maximum safety for enthusiasts, qualified instructors will open and close the testers' caravan.

In addition to product tests, they will be collateral activities planned, such as Game Activities, the Community Area, Technical Training where topics relating to BMW motorcycles will be explored in depth, Riders Store and Happy Hour, which will involve the motorcyclist in the BMW Motorrad world at 360°. The stages of the BMW Motorrad Tour will therefore be Lucca on 05/06 April Lucca, and then moved to Roma on 12/13 April. Further down the “boot” up to Palermo on 03/04 May, and always in the month of May the stages of Padova (10 / 11), GenoVa(17/18) and Pescara (24/25). The last stages will be in June, 07/08 Udine and 14/15 a Monza.
