Akrapovič deals with duration

For Akrapovič, being at the cutting edge is a real mission: the Slovenian company has recently expanded its already vast range of machines and test systems with the arrival of a durability test bench.

A premium touch: Designed for mileage accumulation under special programs, the equipment offers enhanced testing facilities for the development of advanced exhaust systems, allowing for more dyno testing for durability in conditions check.
In the new environment, various parameters are monitored: power, back pressure, temperatures and more.

However, this does not mean that Akrapovič will reduce road and track testing, which he places great value on, but will ensure that systems of extreme durability and maximum quality continue to be developed.
This fully self-contained 200kW dyno has its own automated refueling system, so there's no need to stop the bike and refuel it.
“In the saddle” is a fully automated robot with an in-house developed accelerator actuator: so there is no need for a human centaur.

The dyno can run defined speed and load cycles to offer full mileage accumulation, offering an extremely wide range of endurance tests as its performance can be set up to 200 km/h wind speed.

It also features an impressive ventilation system and, at low temperatures, uses excess heat from the motorbike's engine to heat the incoming air, also making use of a sophisticated 200kW motor which recovers the electricity generated by the system for the system. load applied to the motorcycle to provide part of the energy needed to operate the ventilation system.
