Akrapovič launches three new products for the 450 Honda CRF 2017 R

Akrapovich – Three new slip-on, evolution and racing line exhaust systems will be available for the Japanese manufacturer's motocross flagship. This cutting-edge range for 2017 features two newly shaped mufflers, which blend perfectly with the lines of the 450 CRF 2017 R. The new design embellishes the titanium end cap with raised engravings to enhance the visual effect of the exhaust. Fully finished with a long-lasting coating, making it more resistant to scratches and easier to clean, the entire range also falls within FIM noise limits whilst enhancing performance.

The first system in the range is the Akrapovič slip-on line, designed for entry into the first phase of exhaust modification. With increased performance, weight reductions and excellent durability, The slip-on line system is easy to install and offers a perfect balance between performance and accessibility. Made of stainless steel, the system includes a titanium outer muffler sleeve and titanium end cap and is distinguished by the unmistakable Akrapovič roar, ideal for the character of the motorcycle.

The racing line system is a complete system, with identical performance to the evolution line, but made of stainless steel with titanium external muffler sleeve. It is intended for bikers looking for more accessible complete systems. The collectors are also made of high quality stainless steel, while the attention to detail is reflected in the perfect finish of the engraved titanium caseback. A complete system that offers better performance by offering a complete upgrade and reducing weight compared to the standard exhaust.

The Akrapovič evolution line exhaust is the flagship of the systems in the range. Used by racing teams, the evolution line system is constructed with ultra-lightweight titanium to significantly reduce weight and facilitate handling. A complete system with titanium manifolds, which increases performance by 4 HP at 10600 rpm and 2,5 Nm at 6000 rpm compared to the standard exhaust, combining it with a racing roar. Easy to install like the racing and slip-on lines, the system has a long-lasting coating to extend its life cycle.
