EVO Factory has always meant replicas of the bikes used by the official riders Beta they face the highest level national and international competitions. Also in 2013 the R&D department of the Tuscan company worked hard to create the brand new ones  EVO 2T FACTORY.

The experience of the official team and the use of after market parts have made it possible to create motorbikes with very rich technical content, excellent dynamic qualities and absolute reference performance. The engine and chassis were also developed considering the technical and dynamic needs of the new international sporting regulations, which require fluid, extremely easy and reactive riding. Available in 3 displacements 125cc-250cc-300cc, they are dedicated to the more expert riders who are looking for a vehicle with great performance and at the same time to the amateur who wants an exclusive motorbike with unique performance.

ENGINE:

  • Also available in displacements 125cc and 250cc in addition to the 300cc, all engines enjoy particular attention both in the selection of all components and in tuning.
  • Magnesium engine crankcase. Approximately 1,5 kg of savings allow the movement of the motorbike to be improved and consequently the feeling and driving dynamics.
  • Clutch* characterized by
  • New gear ratio, for a better transfer of the driving torque.
  • Reduced spring preload, for less effort on the lever and better control of the engagement.
  • Clutch discs with a different workmanship which allows for more precise engagement as well as better performance stability.
  • Modified intake and exhaust diagram, to increase torque at low revs and have an even easier and lighter bike to ride quickly *.
  • Larger diameter crankshaft to increase the operating inertia at the same weight *.
  • Larger diameter crankshaft coupling pin, for greater rigidity of the assembly and to reduce vibrations *.
  • Titanium exhaust manifold, with a new shape that allows for greater fluidity at low rpm, a more linear torque curve, an increase in performance at high rpm as well as a weight reduction of approximately 500 g *.
  • New gear ratio for the kickstarter, to reduce the effort on the starting lever*.
  • Final report 10-42 to adapt to the new clutch ratio*.
  • Black engine crankcase covers, for a Racing look.
  • Red silicone cooling system hoseso: in addition to improving the aesthetic appearance, thanks to the technical qualities of silicone they allow better heat dissipation.

CHASSIS:

 

  • Fork plate machined from solid black anodized aluminium. In addition to reducing weight and improving the look, it allows you to choose between 8 different handlebar positions to adapt the bike to your riding style.
  • Front fork that offers: SKF sealing rings for better smoothness and a new calibration for a greater feeling with the front end, new hydraulic adjustment register, to make adjustments without the need for tools, lightened preload adjustment cap, Chydraulic cartridge discharged for weight reduction
  • New rear suspension link, for a different progression of the leverage. Soft and sensitive in the first part of the stroke, for a dynamic ride with excellent grip and absorption and then providing greater braking in the final part of the stroke, making it easier to overcome the most challenging obstacles*.
  • Completely renewed rear shock absorber, capable of containing a greater volume of oil, with a greater wheelbase and a piston with modified geometry (exclusive for Betamotor). All this to have greater operating stability and perfectly match the new rear linkage*.
  • Wave brake discs: they improve heat dissipation with obvious advantages in terms of stability of braking performance even in the most adverse situations.
  • X-Light tyres. The result of many years of collaboration with the technical partner Michelin, the new tires ensure savings of approximately 500 grams. Another element capable of reducing weight and consequently improving the general handling of the motorbike.
  • Gold colored circles, a precious touch for an absolutely unique motorbike.
  • Numerous details in red anodized aluminium which embellish the whole and ensure a high-impact look: brake master cylinder covers, engine oil cap, lever play adjustment adjusters, chain adjusters and handlebar caps.
  • Ergal footrests machined from solid. They guarantee lightness, sturdiness and high grip.
  • Official graphics kits. The same stickers as the race bikes, sponsors included, for a faithful replica of the bikes used by the official Beta Factory Team riders.
