Lambretta - EICMA 2017 marks the return of a brand that has made history in the world of two wheels: Lambretta. The historic brand celebrates its rebirth with the model Lambretta V Special and during the Milan show it will be presented to the general public for the first time, after an exclusive preview for the press and importers which was held in June. Like the historic Lambretta, the new V-Special also has a steel body, interchangeable side panels (also in carbon upon request), aluminum decorations and an unmistakable Lambretta design which is also reflected in the attention to many details. The models bear vibrant names such as V50 Special, V125 and V200 Special.

The Austrian study KISKA (known for the styling of many KTM, Husqvarna, KSR MOTO and CFMOTO models) created a design in close collaboration with the Italian Lambretti community, which represents a successful synthesis of classic Lambretta elements revisited in a modern key. Technically, the new Lambretta is obviously up to date with the times: LED rear lights, front and rear disc brakes, digital indicators (except the speedometer which is analogue) and of course also in the 50 cc version immediately with a four-stroke engine and in Euro 4 version.

Production of the new V-Special begins at the end of 2017, in February 2018 it will be possible to admire the first models of a limited pre-series at selected European dealers, the delivery of the series vehicles in Europe will begin in March 2018. But the interest for the cult scooter is huge not only in Europe. Lambretta has already found importers in Australia and New Zealand, Korea, Singapore, Thailand and Brazil and is well advanced in negotiations with importers from around 50 other countries.

The Austrian KSR group will be the distributor for Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain and also for Italy. For these countries, the sales prices have already been set: the V50 Special will start from 2.799,00 euros, the V125 Special from 3.399,00 euros and the V200 from 3.999,00 euros.
