Yamaha MT-09 Tracer and YZF-R3 – Yamaha UK has announced the prices of the new MT-09 Tracer and the new YZF-R3, presented to the public during the latest edition of the EICMA in Milan.

The Tracer, a Touring version of the naked MT-09, will cost 8.149 pounds (10.341 euros at the current exchange rate) and will come with ABS as standard. The motorcycle from the Japanese motorcycle manufacturer has new features that make it one of the most complete touring two-wheelers, thanks above all to a new central stand, 12 volt socket, less rigid side bags, selectable traction control, an adjustable screen and an 18-litre tank, four liters larger than the MT-09 naked version. Like the Yamaha MT-09 will have an 847 cc three-cylinder engine capable of delivering 115 HP for a total weight of 210 kg and will be available in grey, red or blue. The Yamaha MT-09 Tracer will go on sale starting from March next year.

Yamaha UK has also announced the price of the YZF-R3 which is equal to 4.799 pounds (6.090 euros at the current exchange rate), 200 less than KTM's RC390 and 400 less than Kawasaki's Ninja 300 ABS. The Yamaha YZF-R3 will be powered by a 321 cc parallel twin engine and will be available to go since April 2015; ABS will also be standard for this model and will be 5 kg lighter than the one adopted by the Ninja 300. The braking system is dominated, however, by a single 298 mm front floating disc and a 220 mm rear one. millimetres. The Yamaha YZF-R3 will be available in Race Blue or black.
