Kawasaki Vulcan S, the conquest of Europe passes through EICMA 2014

It will complete the Vulcan family

Kawasaki Vulcan S – At the next edition ofEICMA 2014, scheduled in Milan from November 4th, Kawasaki will present itself with something new. Intended for the American market traditionally focused on this type of motorcycle Kawasaki Vulcan S in this case it will be offered to an even wider audience, the European one. With this model the Vulcan family will be completed with a medium-sized motorcycle, a cruiser with an innovative and fashionable approach with a low-ride look and an urban personality.

The Kawasaki Vulcan S is powered by the 649cm3 parallel twin, which already equips the Versys 650 and the ER-6n/f, here however revised and perfected, with a spirited torque in the medium-low range and a continuous boost of its potential up to the rev range higher. With an engine like this you also need a good braking system. The front disc is 300mm with a double-piston caliper and the rear disc is 250mm with a single-piston caliper, which together with theABS, guarantee reliability in all braking conditions.

The Kawasaki Vulcan S is also a perfect mix of designs, given by the asymmetric rear monoblock and the rear shock absorber configuration, e driving comfort, through a linkage system that allows for a longer stroke, a low center of gravity and mass centralization, which offer high stability and easy maneuverability. To meet the needs of every rider the rear suspension can be adjusted in preload in seven different positions. Ease of riding and handling are further guaranteed by the telescopic front fork.

The Kawasaki Vulcan S arrives in Europe to conquer the cnovice entaurs, also for this reason the saddle is low and therefore adaptable to all heights, to young and old, to men or women. A very interesting novelty is the possibility of adjusting handlebars and footrests in three different positions in order to allow the rider to find the best driving position. This new trend-setter from the Kawasaki family thus adds un touch of modern style and will never go unnoticed.
