Husqvarna Motorcycles is pleased to announce its new 2018 motocross range, consisting of eight 2 and 4-stroke models that combine the most modern technology with top-level components, available as standard. Among the protagonists in the motocross segment, Husqvarna Motorcycles introduces a completely revamped TC2018 to its 85 range along with seven other TC and FC series models, which receive substantial improvements to continue to offer class-leading performance in all engine versions.30550-fc-450-2018-action

While the TC85 has been redesigned from the ground up to set new class benchmarks, the Husqvarna TC and FC of the higher categories adopt various upgrades, including new brakes, a new battery, the seat covering with better grip and renewed graphics. All eight models are equipped with the best components and the most up-to-date technology, and are positioned at the top in terms of performance, design and ergonomics.

NEW TC 85

The TC85 raises the bar of the ultra-competitive 85 class by transferring much of the technology from Husqvarna's "adult" range. With an all-new chassis and high-performance, fully adjustable WP suspension, budding young riders will be able to demonstrate their skills with maximum control aboard the TC85 of new generation.

Thanks to the new engine, which delivers power in a wider range and in a more controllable way, the 85 TC2018 offers performance and durability at the highest levels. By keeping the bore and stroke measurements unchanged, the engine ensures excellent ease of use thanks to the new exhaust valve, which allows you to customize power delivery more easily and effectively. The CrMo steel frame adopts a new geometry to guarantee better rideability and comfort. Designed to have greater torsional resistance and more longitudinal flexibility, the new chassis has improved overall agility and greater stability at high speeds.

Mirroring the technology used in the larger Husqvarna range, the TC85 features the new WP AER 43 fork with separate functions and air springs, combined with a dedicated version of the new WP Xplor PDS monoshock. These new components offer significant benefits in terms of operation, as well as simplifying fork setting operations thanks to the single pressure adjustment valve for preload and easily accessible compression and rebound adjusters.

A STEP FORWARD

True to its commitment to making premium motorcycles, Husqvarna Motorcycles has combined its experience in racing at the world's highest levels with continuous work in research and development to further improve the entire 2018 motocross range. From the mini TC50 and TC65 to the two-stroke TC125 and TC250, up to the 4-stroke FC250, FC350 and FC450, all models set even higher standards in terms of performance, rideability and design. In addition to these new models, the Husqvarna Motorcycles clothing and accessories collections, renewed for 2018, offer a wide choice of casual, technical clothing and special parts to improve performance dedicated to fans of the brand.

On the 2018 models, #husqvarna engineers have focused their attention on researching further improvements on all "high-wheel" models. A substantial innovation consists of the new front and rear braking system created by the German Magura. Despite using a similar layout to the previous one, the new brakes offer the maximum in terms of sensitivity and feeling. All four-stroke FC models then use a new compact 2,2 Ah Li-ion battery which guarantees better current input. The saddle cover is also new which offers greater grip in all conditions of use. The 2-stroke models #tc125 and TC250 have revised carburettor calibration. Thanks to a clean, minimal and unique design, the new graphics used for the entire 2018 cross range highlight the Swedish tradition of #husqvarna.
