The chassis: light and easy to handle – The overall view enhances the superstructures, designed around the solid and sinuous steel frame: rigid and light, it is the fulcrum of the chassis and of the K-Pipe project, because it guarantees dimensions devoted to handling and ease of driving, as well as an intrinsic ability to absorb vibrations and distribute loads.

Even the suspensions follow the fun spirit of the K-Pipe: the telescopic fork with 31 mm diameter legs reaches 110 mm of travel, a significant figure that gives the measure of this bike's vocation for tackling with maximum comfort for the rider the differences in height and the roughness of the road.

The swingarm has two main arms and a spectacular upper reinforcing truss, in order to offer maximum rigidity and effectively transmit traction to the rear wheel. The monoshock guides and controls the movement of the swingarm, as well as being an element of aesthetic appeal thanks to the colored spring.

The 17-inch rims show off the elegant five-spoke split design, which gives the K-Pipe dynamism even when stationary: it is their diameter, identical to that of large-displacement motorbikes, that once again underlines the vocation of this vehicle , perfect for starting your own motorcycling adventure at the age of 16.

The brakes combine the large diameter front disc (276 mm) with a rear drum unit, so as to guarantee both power and ease of management at the same time. The disc, in fact, is very ready in its action, as well as capable of slowing down the vehicle quickly and effectively, while the drum focuses on modulation, because it is smooth, predictable in its intervention.

Equipment and comfort: extreme, but practical – Care and attention to functionality have constantly inspired Kymco designers, as can be seen, for example, in the design of the front light cluster, characterized by two overlapping but integrated elements. Not only does this solution guarantee maximum lighting effectiveness, becoming a crucial factor for safety, but it redefines the aesthetic impact of the front, giving the K-Pipe an unquestionable personality.

The rear light cluster, well integrated into the sporty tail, is centered on an array of LEDs, which change light intensity when braking: also in this case the technical choice is combined with aesthetic research.

The rectangular liquid crystal screen is completed by four indicator lights, clearly visible even in broad daylight. The driver is perfectly informed at all times, thanks to the presence of speedometer, odometer, rev counter, clock and fuel level, as well as warning lights relating to direction indicators, high beams on and gear position (neutral).

The engines: simplicity for exceptional efficiency – The 124 cc single-cylinder engine is air-cooled, in the name of simplicity and, once again, lightness: capable of 8,2 hp (6 kW) at 7000 rpm, it is an example of exceptional efficiency by virtue of the very low consumption (over 45 kml), so low that it can be defined as negligible.

The 4,5 liter tank, consequently, guarantees a very long range for a vehicle of this type and engine capacity.
